5. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for qualifying plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you may request a full refund. The money-back guarantee does not apply to certain services such as domain registrations or administrative fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sohobcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
